About The Client
The client is a high-end, boutique furniture label, shipping globally to the US, EU, and beyond. We blend design-driven craftsmanship with a distinct gothic-luxury aesthetic. As we scale, we need an Operations Manager who can bring structure, efficiency, and accountability — while respecting the creative DNA of our brand.
Role Overview
To oversee and streamline the client’s day-to-day operations — from supplier management and global shipping to CRM systems, team accountability & scaling up — enabling the founders to focus on design, growth, and vision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage international shipments (US / EU / CA / AU), customs, and freight forwarders.
Implement and optimize CRM / ERP workflows (HubSpot, Klaviyo, QuickBooks, or similar).
Manage and support a small remote / hybrid team.
Liaise with suppliers, negotiate timelines, and ensure cost efficiency.
Adapt operations to support a boutique luxury brand, not just generic e-commerce.
