Attention to detail and administrative accuracy. Relationship management skills. Registered with the PPRA / FFC (Valid). Qualification : NQF4 in Real Estate. Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential tenants.
- Conduct property viewings for rental clients.
- Draft and manage lease agreements.
- Ensure compliance with rental laws and regulations.
- Maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Handle rental payments, deposits, and related administration.
- Resolve tenant and landlord queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software.
