• Bring an innovative, progressive approach to teaching Accounting
• Bring a progressive, innovative approach to teaching Accounting in a differentiated classroom, addressing the diverse needs of learners.
• Possess strong knowledge of the IEB assessment procedures
• Experience marking Matric exams in Accounting would be advantageous
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in education and technology.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team, including educators in other phases, to develop innovative curriculum strategies.
• Have strong organisational and administrative skills and the ability to work independently.
• Be willing to engage in continuous professional development and mentoring.
