2G / 3G / 4G / 5G Radio Network Optimization Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G Radio Network Optimization Engineer to join their dynamic team.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

This is an exciting opportunity for a GSM / UMTS or LTE / 5G Network Optimization Engineer to contribute to the performance improvement of a major telecom network.

RAN Vendor Competence : Ericsson / Huawei / ZTE / Nokia (specific vendor requirements may vary by country)

Key Responsibilities :

• Performance and configuration data collection, report generation, and detailed analysis
• RF Coverage and Capacity Analysis using Drive Test logs
• Root Cause Analysis for network issues and KPI improvement
• Multi-layer access technology optimization including Concentric Cell Optimization and 2G Spectrum Re-farming
• L3 message collection and analysis
• Frequency Plan Optimization and Interference Matrix generation
• KPI monitoring and trend analysis with reporting to clients
• Antenna parameter optimization (Tilt, Azimuth, Power, Height) based on RSRP, SINR, RSCP, and Ec / No analysis
• Capacity analysis and recommendations for network efficiency
• Spectrum re-farming and frequency plan verification using Operator OSS
• Coordination of ISHO optimization activities

Required Skills & Tools :

Experience Required : 2–5 Years
