Reports to : Quality Manager and Assistant Quality Manager
Summary
Obtain and record information with regards to the quality management process, monitor and report on progress as per the firm\'s system of quality management (SOQM) and company procedural requirements, monitor compliance as per guidelines and other ad hoc administrative functions relating to quality within the firm based on instruction and guidance from the Quality Manager and Assistant Quality Manager.
Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications Required : Grade 12
- Diploma or higher qualification in Quality Management will be advantageous

Assists in compiling IRBA fee list from GreatSoft reports and other registersAssisting with the IRBA fee reconciliationAssisting the Quality Department with the Rotation scheduleMaintaining Locking listsPerform follow-ups on files due soon for lockingUpdating Typist registers, Caseware locking register, Attorneys register, Claims register and AUP & Valuations register for locking purposesPerform completeness checks on Typist register, Caseware locking register, PA register, Modified reports list, AUP & Valuations register and IRBA fee listMaintaining the late locking register and assist with the compilation of late locking lettersPI scores follow-upModified reports register : capturing and maintaining registerFiling modified reportsUpdating Reportable Irregularity register and ensuring the necessary information is receivedUpdating Communications registerUpdating conflict check registerUpdating the CPD register for applicable staffAssisting with the upkeep of the Training attendance registersAssist in follow-up on post-assessment trainingAssist in sending of post assessments for training heldAssist in other training-related tasksMaintaining other quality department registersAssist the Quality department in ad hoc tasksRelease for receptionCompliance with the firms System of Quality Management (SOQM), policies and proceduresCompliance with the firms Employee Code of Conduct which consists of the firms HR policies, SAICA, IRBA and IESBA Codes of ConductOther duties
