POSITION INFO:
The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your desk and market. This is a full 360° role, giving you exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle — from business development and client engagement to sourcing talent, managing placements, and building long-term relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Developing and growing your client base
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing, screening, and presenting high-calibre candidates
• Managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement
• Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth experience for all parties
• Positioning yourself as a trusted specialist in your market
