Job descriptionTo ensure that the correct goods are being purchased at correct quality, time of delivery, specification, price and always available 24hrs a day Order stock items as per specification Expediting on all outstanding items Manage stock upliftment. Manage Supplier Relations Assisting store clerks with Stock counts Places orders at specified minimum level at right price and time. Ensure that scorecard is updated with stock availability and expected delivery date. Upliftment of Stock according to Material Rejection Note. Discuss open order reports; artwork changes; malt changes & Supplier breakdown. Assist with capturing stock count Role model Tiger Values Ability to develop and spread trust at all levels by empowering others Analytical decision making Compliance & Systems focused Strong communication High energy and grit 3 years' experience in Purchasing / Supply Chain Matric Diploma in purchasing / supply chain management Stock items available on time at the right quantity and quality. Follows up on delivered and outstanding stock items and returns. Correct stock uplifted timeously. Suppliers briefed in time and are reacting timeously. 100% accuracy Store Keeping / Procurement jobs
