Role Description

This is a contract role for a Nephrology Nurse.

The Nephrology Nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with kidney-related conditions, including performing hemodialysis and dialysis treatments.

The role involves working on-site, located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day tasks include patient assessments, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hemodialysis and Dialysis procedures
• Extensive knowledge in Nephrology and related medical conditions
• Strong background in Medicine and Nursing
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Relevant certifications and licenses in Nephrology Nursing
• Minimum of a Diploma in Nursing or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus
