Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client engagement to candidate placement.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the mining and heavy industry sectors.
• Identify, source, and engage high-calibre professionals across technical and executive functions.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences through consultative, value-driven recruitment.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure best practices and cross-border delivery.
