Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests on arrival, manage smooth check-in and check-out processes, and provide personalized attention throughout their stay
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, reservations) to maintain seamless lodge operations
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and welcoming demeanor at all times
- Support the lodge manager with administrative tasks and reporting as required
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the lodges standards and reputation
Requirements :
Previous experience in hospitality, lodge operations, or front desk / reception rolesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressure while maintaining professionalismStrong attention to detail and guest-focused approachValid drivers license is advantageousFlexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take initiative and learnWhy Join Us :
