Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet guests on arrival, manage smooth check-in and check-out processes, and provide personalized attention throughout their stay
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, reservations) to maintain seamless lodge operations
  • Maintain a professional, approachable, and welcoming demeanor at all times
  • Support the lodge manager with administrative tasks and reporting as required
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the lodges standards and reputation

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in hospitality, lodge operations, or front desk / reception roles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and guest-focused approach
  • Valid drivers license is advantageous
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take initiative and learn
