IT Systems Engineer

Job descriptionManage system availability and server capacity efficiently Ensure incidents are managed and resolved promptly Plan and implement system changes, including documentation and skills transfer Oversee all aspects of daily IT operations Supervise & develop the performance of systems support operators Conduct and facilitate internal audits in compliance with external audit rules Perform all functions of project management Ensure compliance with gaming board requirements and codes of conduct, policies, and procedures Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards consistently and accurately
Our client, a leader in the Leisure Hospitality industry, is seeking a highly experienced IT Systems Engineer to join their team based at the head office in Johannesburg.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric (NQF 4)
- IT related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA, IT diploma / degree)
- Numeracy skills (NQF 4)
- Good computer literacy (MS Office)
- Minimum 3 years experience in an IT environment and one year experience in 2nd or 3rd level IT support
