- Track progress against release plans, monitor key metrics, and produce clear, detailed release notes.
- Engage in strategic workshops and maintain continuous feedback loops to keep the product evolving with market and user needs.
- Actively analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product decisions and recommend enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification (business, computer science, engineering, or related field).Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in merchant‑facing or fintech roles.Strong understanding of AWS cloud‑native technologies and architecture.Hands‑on experience with Agile / Scrum frameworks and backlog management tools.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) preferred.Ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.Experience with product analytics, performance monitoring, and data‑driven decision making.Technical fluency : familiarity with API documentation, software architecture (C4 diagrams, data flows), and high‑level system design.Benefits
