Purpose of the Job
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships through the effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at Aramex. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by analyzing customer data, facilitating communication, and supporting marketing initiatives.Job Description
Scheduling of business appointments with client base / bookAchieve individual targetsMaintain existing businessIdentify & grow client base and revenue through selling of additional supply chain productsEstablish customer needs, developing opportunities and grow customer baseSigning up and onboarding of new clientsUpdate call and Sale force reportsPrepare and present proposals and presentations to clientsEffectively and efficiently deal with client queriesIdentify and escalate possible threats to existing businessJob Requirements - Experience and Education
Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualificationBachelors Degree or similar qualification and / or experience3 Year corporate experience in managing a portfolio of clientsNeed to have worked for reputable corporatesProven track record of having made targetIndustry experiences advantageousUnderstanding of full supply chain (Freight, International & Warehousing products)Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management levelValid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport Non-NegotiableExcellent communication skillsCustomer Service jobs
