11 Investments is a group of specialist recruitment businesses built by entrepreneurs working collaboratively towards one goal : partnering top talent with a diverse client base. We are formed of 7 brands (3Search, Tenzing Search, FinRox, NearTech Search, Tarka Talent, Edenity, and FIFTEEN West) covering markets including sales, marketing, and consulting across the UK and US.
In 2024, we had our best ever revenue year, even better than 2022. We are keeping the momentum going in 2025.

Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the finance industry.Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.Managing a full-cycle recruitment processAppreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and resultsManaging complex negotiationsWorking within a team to deliver on both individual and team targetsPositively promote the 11 brand in the marketWhat are we looking for?
Demonstrated success in delivering against individual revenue targetsExperience working in finance recruitmentYou have successfully worked as a Recruiter 180 or 360 for at least 2 yearsYou will have recruited in a candidate-short marketExcellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates / clients.Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve both personal and team developmental goalsSomeone who aspires to be a thought leader in their sectorPeople with lots of ideas who also encourage others to share theirsPeople who give and ask for quality feedbackSeniorities
