Acquisitions Representative

We’re seeking an outgoing , driven , and fluent English speaker to join our team as an Acquisitions Representative . This is a remote role based in South Africa, focused on converting inbound leads into signed contracts. You’ll be speaking with U.S. homeowners who are interested in selling their properties, building rapport, and closing deals. We will need to be sent a video introduction for applicants to be considered, this can be done through youtube, loom, or other video sites that allow you to send us a link.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with inbound seller leads — no cold calling
• Ask the right questions to qualify motivation, property condition, and timeline
• Negotiate price and terms , aiming to get contracts signed
• Follow up with older leads using calls, texts, and emails
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM
• Hit performance targets and contribute to team goal
