Role Description

• Own omnichannel outreach : email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage, follow up, and convert into booked meetings.
• Call with purpose : execute cold-calling cadences on behalf of clients, handle objections, and progress deals.
• Represent multiple industries : act as a trusted extension of our clients, generating new business and nurturing early-stage pipeline.
• Personalise at scale : tailor messages and talk-tracks to role, vertical, and region.
• Measure what matters : review weekly / monthly data, report trends, and suggest actionable tweaks to boost conversion.
• Work your stack : Reply, HubSpot, Expandi, Zoho, Salesforce, Nooks, Google Workspace, Outlook, Calendly (and we’ll train you on anything new).
• Join client calls across Europe and the US and share insights & best practices with the team to keep levelling up.
