Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Call on Wholesalers, Forecourts, and Pick n Pay outlets within the assigned territory (Gauteng South / North).
  • Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and proper shelf placement in all stores.
  • Take orders accurately and follow through on timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotional activity in the market.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to support repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure displays are aligned with brand standards.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance, opportunities, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Existing relationships with wholesalers and retailers in Gauteng will be advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Matric required; additional sales or marketing qualifications are a plus.
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
