Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Pharmacy, medical related field. Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales; experience across various pharmacy settings is preferred but not required, as training will be provided for individuals without prior experience. Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the territory. (Must have access to a personal vehicle for business travel.) Strong negotiation and sales skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency in data analysis and sales planning. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. High level of organization and time management skills. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ethical and honest in all business dealings. Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and setbacks. Motivated by goals and targets, with a drive to succeed. Standard business hours with occasional evening or weekend work based on business needs. Regular use of technology, including tablets and smartphones. Professional attire is required when engaging with healthcare professionals. Work settings include pharmacies, dispensing doctors, hospitals, pharmacy clinics, and corporate pharmacies. Physical activities involve standing, walking, and distributing marketing material. Compliance with safety regulations and ethical standards is essential. The role requires 95% in-field engagement, with 5% office-based time dedicated to meetings. Travel involves long-distance driving and occasional overnight stays
