• Asset management and condition-based monitoring
• lead and motivate the Maintenance and operations
• planned maintenance system .
• technical fault-finding / problem solving skills.
• food safety standards (ISO 22000 )
• leading the extraction operations and extraction maintenance
• operation and maintenance of :
• Cane Preparation,
• Juice Extraction
