The President Hotel is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation, and we are creating a new opportunity for a Sous Chef – Breakfast to join our culinary team. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef with experience in large-scale 4- or 5-star hotel kitchens to take ownership of all breakfast operations. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will oversee preparation, cooking, and service for an average of 650 guests daily, ensuring a high-quality, consistent, and memorable breakfast experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a team, deliver operational efficiency, and uphold the highest culinary standards.
