  • Grade 10 / Standard 8
  • Supervisory Certificate of Competency
  • Advantageous : Mine Overseers Certificate of Competency.
  • 3-4 Years of Supervisory experience within the underground mining stoping operations environment

Physical / Legal Requirements :

  • Medically fit
  • No Criminal record
  • Heat Tolerance Screening

    • Technical Managerial Skills :

  • Underground Mining production and safety management.
  • Team performance management.
  • Knowledge of the Mining production legal requirements.
  • Safety, Health, and Environmental Management.
  • Underground Mining Risk Management.
  • Process optimization.
  • Continuous improvement.
