Purpose Statement

Are you passionate about designing cutting-edge HR solutions that drive business transformation? We’re looking for a Solutions Architect specializing in HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS components. In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to the HR Product Head and play a key part in shaping our digital HR landscape.

Bring your expertise in SuccessFactors , SAP HR , and integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP Business Technology Platform . A solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS / Azure) and data integration will set you apart as you architect scalable, future-ready solutions.

Education (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Information Technology - IT Engineering
