Technical Competencies and responsibilities
- Accounts payable function
- On a fortnightly basis, creditors will include all contractors, mileage claims and expense claims.
- Ensure that the monthly operational fee invoices are raised correctly and accurately.
- Assist the finance manager with the annual audit
- Reconciliation of the VAT reports and the VAT control account before a VAT return is submitted monthly
- Ensure the balance sheet is accurate for reporting purposes.
