Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :
- Degree in business, sales or related field (post graduate qualification advantageous)
- 5+ years experience in FSI / FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Preferred industry is food, beverage or dairy
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and data driven decision making skills
- In-depth understanding of the food service supply chain and market dynamics
- Valid drivers and own vehicle and able to travel when required
The s uccessful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to :
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the food service market.Build and maintain strong relationships with food service chains, distributors, and institutional clients.Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer needs.Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into actionable strategiesSal ary : Market related basic + Commission
