Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinates meetings with customers to create report specifications and develops time / cost estimates
• Manages multiple concurrent report requests
• Performs quality assurance testing prior to releasing reports to production
• Maintains Crystal Reports Server and our standard report library
• Provides end-user training and support
• Provides expert level user support in the research and resolution of complex data issues
• Generates Quest reports
• Documents business requirements, timelines, develops and executes test plans, and coordinates user testing
• Provides complex system-wide ad-hoc reporting support to business clients
• Manages reports library and procedures
