General Manager – B2C Tourism

Our client, a respected organisation in the Hospitality, Tourism, and Events Management industry, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their B2C tourism operations in Bryanston, Sandton. Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations, including strategic planning, team management, financial performance, and customer experience excellence. You will develop and implement innovative tourism products and services while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organisational objectives and growth targets
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation effectively
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance service offerings
• Drive marketing and sales initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention

Work Arrangements
