Go To Market (GTM) Strategist

Junctn is a Venture Growth Hub and Digital Marketing company, helping businesses scale through cutting-edge digital solutions. We partner with start-ups, scale-ups, and established brands to drive business growth through design, development, automation, and performance marketing.

As we expand our AI-powered operations, we’re looking for a Go To Market (GTM) Strategist to join our team and help supercharge our outbound strategies, campaign delivery, and data enrichment capabilities.

About This Position

You’ll work closely with the leadership team to build and manage outbound campaigns, optimise GTM systems, and integrate AI tools and automation into high-performance workflows. This is a foundational role with room to grow into product, client success, or strategy.

Full-Time

Base Structure + Commission

Remote-First (South Africa-based)

• Experience with tools like Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Proficiency in data collection, enrichment, and segmentation
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for marketing and sales execution
• Comfortable building GTM campaigns end-to-end with clear performance metrics
• Excellent written communication and systems-oriented mindset
