ADMIN ASSISTANTS

The successful candidate will assist with calculating areas preparing quotes and managing invoicing ensuring accuracy and efficiency across administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
Calculate areas and quantities accurately for quoting purposes
Assist with the preparation issuing and follow-up of customer quotes
Generate and process invoices with a high level of accuracy
Maintain organized records of quotes invoices and related documentation
Provide general administrative support as required
Liaise with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely turnaround
