Senior Finance Manager Centurion — lead a finance team in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of major infrastructure and consulting projects.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager with strong leadership experience and a proven track record in managing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring compliance, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a finance team of 7 professionals.
Oversee the full finance function including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Partner with executives to provide insights that guide key business decisions.
Implement best practices to enhance financial processes and controls.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications & Experience

CA(SA).

57 years post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.

Proven management and leadership skills (non-negotiable).

Industry exposure to construction, consulting, or engineering highly beneficial.

Experience in Xero will be advantageous.
