Job Description

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Information Technology, preferably in applications development.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in service-oriented solutions architecture / design within a Microsoft development environment.
  • Proven experience developing software solutions in a Microsoft ecosystem using Visual Studio .NET, C#.NET, Windows Workflow Foundation, SQL / SQL Reporting Services, SharePoint (2016 & Online).
  • In-depth knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles and development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Experience in solution design, user experience architecture, workflow design, and data architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage application development projects through the full SDLC using Azure DevOps.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Power Apps Developer.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • InfoPath Conversion : Analyse existing InfoPath applications, identify requirements, design a conversion strategy to migrate to SharePoint Online.
  • Power Apps Development : Design and develop new applications to replace legacy InfoPath forms, enhance functionality and system responsiveness.
  • Workflow Automation : Build and optimise workflows using Power Automate, replicate and enhance InfoPath functionalities integrating with SharePoint Online and Office 365 services.
  • Requirement Gathering : Engage with stakeholders, document specifications, translate into technical solutions.
  • Integration & Customisation : Customise Power Apps to integrate with Office 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and external data sources.
  • Testing & Documentation : Perform thorough testing, debugging, troubleshooting, maintain technical documentation.
  • User Training & Support : Provide end‑user training, support, troubleshooting, promote adoption.

    • Qualifications Required

  • B‑Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications (SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure) will be advantageous.

  • SharePoint Development (2016 / Online)
  • Power Platform Development (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Microsoft .NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, Bootstrap
  • SQL Server and data integration
  • Office 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook)
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, JavaScript)

    • Mandatory Skills

  • SharePoint 2016 Configuration and Development
  • Power Platform Development
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote / work‑from‑home environment.
