Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assess their vehicle service needs.

• Provide accurate service estimates and timelines.

• Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of repairs.

• Maintain detailed service records, invoices, and customer communications.

• Promote maintenance services, parts, and warranties where appropriate.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.

• Monitor parts inventory and manage service-related orders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.

• Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of repair procedures.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Sales skills for service upselling.

• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping.
