Estate Agent

Minimum requirements :

• Matric
• Basic computer literacy is essential
• Passionate about property and client service
• Independently manage client interactions and property transactions
• Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
• Own laptop is required
• NQF4 in Real Estate qualification is advantageous
• Must have written and passed the PDE4 exam
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm
• Meet sales and rental targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be registered as a Full Status Agent
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Extensive experience in real estate preferred
• Listing, marketing, selling, and renting out residential and / or commercial properties in the designated areas
