My client, a leader in the clearing and freight forwarding industry, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand their client base.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the clearing and freight forwarding industry.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, focusing on tailored logistics solutions.
  • Working closely with operational teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Leading contract negotiations to ensure competitive terms while maintaining profitability.
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall company growth strategies.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the clearing and freight forwarding industry.
  • National Senior Certificate and a degree in a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects.
