About the Role
As the Junior Sales Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new corporate prospects, conducting high-volume outbound calls, and setting up meetings for the Corporate Business Consultants across multiple regions.
You will act as a key support function to the Corporate Team, helping expand market reach and strengthen client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research corporate companies with potential foreign exchange requirements
- Make high-volume cold calls daily to senior decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, etc.)
- Present the value proposition of FX intermediary services to secure meetings for the Corporate Consultants
- Meet and exceed monthly KPI targets for calls, meetings set, and conversions
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activity and pipeline progress
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and lead quality
Skills & Requirements
23 years experience in B2B cold calling or outbound sales (financial or FX industry advantageous)Strong cold-calling and prospecting ability with a proven track recordBasic knowledge of foreign exchange , international payments, or financial services beneficialExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly self-motivated, resilient, and target-drivenStrong research and lead identification skillsComfortable working with CRM systems and digital sales toolsQualifications
Matric (required)Relevant business or sales qualification beneficialFAIS-compliant qualification or willingness to work toward FAIS complianceExperience Advantageous
