Required Skills & Experience :
- 8+ years of experience in data management roles, with at least 3+ years as a Data Lead on BSS or enterprise transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of BSS domains and data models customer, billing, product catalog, order, usage, etc.
- Proven experience in data migration from legacy systems to modern BSS platforms (e.g., Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson).
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes , data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Azure Purview, Alation).
- Experience working with SQL , data modeling tools, and scripting languages for data analysis or validation.
- Solid understanding of data privacy and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in telecom contexts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor resources.
Preferred Qualifications :
Telecom or digital services industry experience, ideally within BSS / OSS transformation programs .Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, AWS Redshift).Familiarity with TM Forum standards (e.g., SID model, eTOM).Certifications in data governance, data quality, or data management (e.g., CDMP, DGSP, DAMA).Agile or SAFe delivery experience with data workstreams.Education :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
