Job Description

The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimising product information within the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring seamless integration with SAP, and overseeing data accuracy and performance on the mySchneider platform. This role is critical for maintaining high-quality product data that supports digital customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Product Information Management (PIM)

  • Maintain and update product data within the PIM system.
  • Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with global standards.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enrich product attributes and digital assets.

SAP Data Integration

  • Manage data flows between PIM and SAP systems.
  • Validate and troubleshoot data discrepancies across platforms.
  • Support SAP master data governance and reporting requirements.

    • mySchneider Platform Management

  • Monitor and maintain product data displayed on the mySchneider platform.
  • Ensure timely updates for new product launches and lifecycle changes.
  • Analyse platform performance and recommend improvements for data quality and user experience.

    • Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and reports to track data quality KPIs.
  • Provide insights to improve data processes and customer engagement.
  • Support business decisions with accurate and timely data analysis.

    • Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong proficiency in PIM systems and SAP ERP.
  • Experience managing data for digital platforms (preferably mySchneider or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and digital commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and master data management.
  • Experience in a global or multi-regional business environment.
