Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the agricultural or horticultural sector is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of plant care, seasonality, and agricultural practices
- Understanding of different vegetable varieties and their growth characteristics
- Passionate about the outdoors and / or agriculture
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Customer relationship management (CRM).
- Able to speak confidently with farmers, and suppliers.
- Language proficiency in English and / or Afrikaans (depending on your market).
- Can develop marketing strategies to drive sales (e.g., promotions, campaigns).
- Digital marketing : social media, website content, email marketing, etc. (bonus)
- Creative with problem-solving abilities.
- Valid drivers license may need to travel to clients or markets.
- Ability to work in rural areas.
