Industrial Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Process Analysis & Optimization : Evaluate and redesign production processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve throughput.
• Time & Motion Studies : Conduct studies to determine optimal cycle times and identify areas for improvement.

• Ergonomic Assessments : Ensure workstations are designed to minimize strain and maximize productivity.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and support decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement changes.
• Compliance & Standards Adherence : Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
