Maintenance Manager (Farm)

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our farm property just outside Pietermaritzburg.

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, including managing a team of maintenance staff, scheduling repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensuring the property is kept in optimal condition.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Supervising and coordinating the work of maintenance staff
• Preparing maintenance schedules and allocating work
• Inspecting facilities to determine maintenance needs
• Ensuring all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Maintaining inventory of repair equipment and supplies

The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of property maintenance practices.
