Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, including analysis and commentary.
• Oversee the full accounting function, including general ledger, reconciliations, payroll, VAT, EMP, and statutory reporting.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and statutory requirements.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
