Intermediate Inbound Consultant – Inbound B2B DMC, Cape Town

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Intermediate Inbound Consultant to join a reputable inbound B2B Destination Management Company in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a professional with some inbound experience looking to further develop their expertise in travel and tourism consulting.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage client bookings and itineraries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, and products to clients.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to support seamless operations.

Assist with client queries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Prepare reports and documentation for internal and client use.

Utilise company systems, including Tourplan, for bookings, reporting, and administration.

Requirements :

Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in inbound tourism or travel consulting.

Basic knowledge of the destination and product, with willingness to expand expertise.

Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Training Provided :

Tourplan software training and internal systems induction.

Salary : R20,000 – R27,500 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
