Set up production lines, perform changeovers, and complete tool changes efficiently
Optimize machine and auxiliary equipment performance to meet production targets
Capture order specifications in MES and assist with production scheduling
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and support quick repair of breakdowns
Maintain compliance with safety and quality requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
Manage critical spare parts and provide technical guidance to production teams
Skills & Experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability (hands-on, practical approach)
Proven ability to work independently and under pressure in a production environment
Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate with experience in MES and SAP (advantageous)
Willingness to work shifts and provide standby support when required
Qualification :
Millwright trade test
Valid driver's license.
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
