Senior Back-End Developer

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Back-End Developer to join a dynamic Development and Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions in a collaborative team environment , aligned with strategic business goals and modern development practices. Responsibilities : Provide technical leadership in the delivery of software products and solutions. Manage and guide team members to ensure effective performance and development. Contribute to the annual salary review process for direct reports when required. Deliver strategic projects on time, within budget, and to the defined quality and functionality standards. Collaborate with leads, managers, and architects in defining architecture and technical implementation. Promote and enforce best practices in software design, testing, and development. Complete tasks within defined timelines while maintaining system stability. Enhance and maintain existing systems with minimal disruption. Share technical knowledge across development and support teams. Create and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing. Mentor and coach junior developers to build team capability. Ensure compliance with established development standards and processes. Effectively utilize modern development tools and methodologies. Requirements : Degree or Diploma in IT or related field. 46 years of relevant back-end development experience. Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core. Solid experience in SQL Server 2016 / 2019 Experience working in an Agile / SCRUM environment. Exposure to source control systems such as Git or TFS. Familiarity with SOLID principles, TDD, and clean coding practices. Strong attention to detail and a focus on code quality.
