About the Role

You’ll manage asset risk throughout the rental lifecycle — analysing data, predicting performance, and protecting profitability. From structuring complex deals to managing residual values, you’ll ensure financial returns are maximised while aligning to client behaviour and business goals.

What You’ll Do

Analyse asset behaviour and determine lifecycle risk strategies

Drive secondary profit generation at end-of-term

Forecast and manage residual value exposure

Partner with stakeholders to create optimal deal structures

Perform risk assessments and trend analysis

Develop client asset strategies in collaboration with sales

Build strong internal and external relationships

Manage compliance, pricing, and profitability thresholds

What You Bring

BCom in Finance / Financial Management

Minimum 5 years in Risk, Pricing, or Financial Modelling

Experience with asset management in rental or leasing environments

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

Strong commercial insight and strategic thinking

Working knowledge of operating leases, secondary profit principles, and residual value risk

Confident communicator with strong negotiation and decision-making skills
