Operations Manager role at Pedros. Lead the implementation of the Operations Management Framework across the organisation and drive sustainability, profitability, and growth for the brand.
Responsibilities
- Implement Operations Management Framework across the organisation
- Support and enable the sustainability and profitability of existing and potential stakeholders
- Expand the scope, growth, and clientele of the brand
- Ensure standard operating procedures are maintained and followed to uphold service standards
- Manage operational issues at stores
- Manage quality control and compliance in line with SOP
- Achieve sales and GP% targets
- Handle all operational issues for allocated stores
- Ensure quality and optimal compliance with SOP
- Set guidelines to manage turnover, food cost, and operational expenses to maximize net profitability
- Assist Franchise partners in troubleshooting
- Address customer complaints and implement corrective action
- Review weekly store reports
- People management – plan, organise, lead and control subordinates to meet store objectives
- Coach and develop the team
