Duties and Responsibilities :
- Driving the financial and operational value chain improvement and reporting through :
- Streamlined, system-driven, accurate, on-time reporting based on operational value drivers including budget and target tracking.
- Supporting Management Team in prioritizing and taking remedial actions where operational value drivers are not met through root cause analysis, action planning, and implementation.
- Ensuring customer requirements are consistently met by monitoring the operational value chain and implementing cost-effective, productive improvements.
- Driving innovation for continuous operational improvement and removal of inefficiencies' root causes.
- Optimizing fixed assets and extending their useful life.
- Driving long-term, sustainable improvements in energy efficiency and reliability.
Required Qualifications :
BCom (Financial Accounting) or relatedCompleted Articles with financial accounting skills and understanding of IFRS.Skills and Experience :
Minimum 5 Years' Financial with Operation Management experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment.Risk Analysis & Management Reporting.Financial and Operational Management.Maintain control systems and adherence to Corporate Governance.Stock Management and Balancing.
