About the Role :
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a qualified Millwright to join their team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of a variety of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal production uptime.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain a safe and functional environment for property, plant, and equipment.
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on boilers and feed mill machinery.
- Test and ensure the proper functioning of all safety features.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement improvements.
- Oversee new equipment installations and modifications.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
- Operate machinery as needed.
- Mentor and guide apprentices.
- Prepare root cause analysis reports.
- Adhere to company policies and quality system standards.
