About the Role :

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a qualified Millwright to join their team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of a variety of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal production uptime.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a safe and functional environment for property, plant, and equipment.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on boilers and feed mill machinery.
• Test and ensure the proper functioning of all safety features.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement improvements.
• Oversee new equipment installations and modifications.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
• Operate machinery as needed.
• Mentor and guide apprentices.
• Prepare root cause analysis reports.
• Adhere to company policies and quality system standards.
