As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Remote Dispatcher who is proactive, organized, and eager to be part of a professional and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers requesting locksmith services.
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently across Georgia.
• Provide accurate quotes, service explanations, and timely updates to customers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with both customers and technicians until job completion.
• Use Google Drive and Google Sheets to record and update data accurately.
• Manage attachments, images, and other documents for daily reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
