This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hydraulic Pump Shop Manager located in Pinetown. The responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing store inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The manager will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, delivering a high-quality customer experience, and maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills
• Operations Management and Strong Knowledge of Hydraulic Pumps and Motors
• Experience in Customer Service and delivering an excellent Customer Experience
• Proven ability to lead a team effectively
• Solid understanding of most Hydraulic Pumps and Motors, especially Rexroth, Komatsu, Parker, Danfoss and Vickers
• Capability to work well under pressure and solve problems efficiently
• Relevant technical or managerial experience is necessary
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001,14000 is necessary
