Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Engineer with expertise in AI / ML and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies. This position will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying next‑generation AI systems that transform customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision‑making within the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of LLM‑driven solutions , including RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and AI orchestration workflows.
• Evaluate and benchmark open‑source and proprietary LLMs (e.g., GPT‑4, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, Phi, T5, Gemma) for use in production environments.
• Architect and deploy production‑grade AI / ML systems across various business domains using modern MLOps practices.
• Build, fine‑tune, and optimize vector search and embedding solutions using technologies like FAISS and ChromaDB.
• Apply prompt engineering and prompt evaluation strategies to optimize the performance and reliability of language models in real‑world use cases.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, risk, compliance) to bring AI products from concept to production.
• Utilize frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, etc to build modular and composable GenAI applications .
• Stay ahead of GenAI trends by continuously evaluating and integrating cutting‑edge research and tools into our innovation pipeline.
• Contribute to the AI knowledge base and strategy, providing mentorship and thought leadership across the organization.
